It is not simple to quit smoking. Why? because Tobacco companies have made it that way by including Nicotine in Tobacco. Nicotine is very addictive and causes one to depend on frequent Nicotine intake. Make a list of reasons to quit smoking. As I mentioned above, put your family and kids on that list. keep this list with you, in the same place you used to carry your cigarettes. you will take out the list instead of a cigarette.

You should drink a good amount of fruit juice the first few days to help flush nicotine out of your system.

Weight can can be a concern so make sure to get in some regular exercise. Also eat veggies and fruits if possible instead of feel better foods (candy and desserts).
