Smoking is a tea party issue – they say that it is something that you should be allowed to do and government should not stop you. the advert is for these tea party libertarians.

Really, he supports and has lobbied for people getting hammered in restaurants and then driving. Excellent times for all libertarians – as long as it isn’t your 5 year-ancient daughter that gets killed by that drunk driver.
