Who can tell me a method to stop smoking?
hhmmm… Im not a smoker… Leading a healthy lifestyle. but i was been infected by Tubercolosis lymphatic Nodes due to è tubercolosis germs infected by others and due to low body immune due to busy working environment, i was been attacked. I had to undergo a surgegry on my neck and it took me a year to be fully well. That's for a non smoker, bt for a smoker it might take longer. So is it honest for us non smoker to be hit by tubercolosis disease from a smoker? if u wana quit, quit slowlY then fully. Take care of ur health and gd luck!
