I also have smoked probably around 25 black and milds, every time there is a party I smoke two that night. I have never had my own cigarettes I just smoke like half of one with a buddy. so my question is how much hurt have I caused? I have noticed that it is alot harder to play sports and keep my breath. and also my appetite has gone down and I have been sick more often. so if I quit now, because I will because I am not addicted, I just get bored and need something todo and my friends smoke so we just share.
