Been smoking pot seadily for the past few years.
for about 6 mos, several times a day, everyday.
For me NOW serves as a excellent/not so good coping mechanism.
I think i should quit smoking pot cause of money issues, n all that,chronic is expensive & i detest stress.
i don't necessarily needa smoke i just need something to help my <b>mood</b> out, like pot.
U know of anything that'd (re)lax me? Herbs? Teas?
I recommend hypnosis and meditation for relaxation. some herbal teas help to relax but not nearly as much as meditation and hypnosis.

take half cup of water and start boiling it, add a cardamon seed broken up, about 1/2 tsp of fennel seed, few very small pieces of cinnamon stick broken up (just like 1/8 tsp.), 3-4 tsp. of sugar, about 1 tsp. loose tea, boil it about 1-2 minutes, add 1/2 cup milk, let it boil til the milk start boiling up and immediately remove from heat or it will boil over, drain it with a small enough strainer into a cup and let it cool a few minutes …it will help …worked for me
There s many ways to deal with stress other ten smoking P, although that s not such a bad remedy. That might lead us to the whole "spiritual" topic of introspection, meditation and what not. But in a nutshell, i think you should start doing some yoga, or tai ji. I mean exercise that doesn't require you to overexert yourself, just gently gently. I think that could be of help in reviving your organism. thanks.
